Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday-Saturday) are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders containing "Backorder" items will be shipped once all items are in stock.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier details (Bluedart, Delhivery, or DTDC).

4. Li-Po Battery & Chemical Shipping

Important: According to DGCA regulations, Lithium Batteries, Aerosols, and Chemicals cannot be shipped via Air mode.

If your cart contains these items, the shipping method will automatically default to Surface Shipping, regardless of your selection.
